Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify any details, including shipping address or item quantity. If you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at helporganicgarmentz@gmail.com with your order number and issue.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed and shipped. (Unless the SKU is known as a PREORDER)
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Organic Garmentz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

🚨 Incorrect Shipping Address: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
